RETURN SHIPPING To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase.
14 Day Return Policy Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is totally damaged and /or non-repairable, returns will not be accepted.
14 Day Exchange Policy
In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential reason for the repair.
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary.
Damaged in Shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at: email@example.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus shipping cost. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or a different design, you will be responsible for just the shipping cost. send us an email at info@email@example.com.
